Who can apply for this Chinese Government Scholarship?
This scholarship is only for American high school graduates and prospective high school diploma recipients of America.
What application documents should I mail to NBUT?
1. The first page of your passport (photocopy);
2. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (written in Chinese or English) with signature of the applicant;
3. Notarized highest diploma;
Prospective diploma recipients must submit official document issued by your current school to prove your current student status and expected graduation date.
4. Academic transcripts (written in Chinese or English);
5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form (photocopy);
The physical examinations must cover all of the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete forms or forms without the signature of the attending physician, or the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicant are considered as invalid. Please carefully plan your physical examination schedule as the result is valid for only 6 months.
6. The copy of HSK Certificate (if available).
p.s. International degree students who are sponsored by Chinese Government Scholarship should receive Chinese language training for 1 year before taking any 4-year bachelor program listed below.

About DSU
Delaware State University (DSU) is located in Dover, Delaware and there are branch campuses located in Sussex and Wilmington. Delaware State University was founded in 1891, became a 4-year school in 1911, and received university status in 1957. The school was known as Delaware State College until it was changed to its current name in 1993. The University now awards bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees as well as provides continuing education credits. It is accredited by the Middle State Association of Colleges and Universities on the University level, and by several national and regional bodies on the programmatic level.

About This Program
It is a four-year bachelor program cooperatively set up by NBUT and Delaware State University (DSU), USA. Students in the program are taught by Chinese and American professors in English, so as to command knowledge and skills of both American and Chinese accounting standards. Students can study in NBUT for a four-year term, orfor the first two or three years in NBUT and thenfor the rest in DSU, since students’ credits can be transferred between NBUT and DSU on the condition that the students’GPA is no less than 2.5. And the students who have fulfilled all the requirements in the program shall obtain two Bachelor degrees from both NBUT and DSU.

About This Program
The four-year English-medium Civil Engineering Program aims at equipping students with the basic principles and basic knowledge of civil engineering. Civil engineering students are skilled in designs, construction, management and research work in civil engineering and relevant fields. Graduates are normally employed as planning engineers, designing engineers, construction management engineers, supervisor engineers and research staffs by the public or private organizations in the civil engineering field. It has two directions: construction direction, road and bridge engineering direction.

About This Program
This four-year English-taught Bachelor degree program is dedicated to fostering high-grade interdisciplinary talents specialized in international business which provides students with a broad and fully integrated education in the theory and practice of international business with an emphasis on management, the fundamentals of economics, international investment and financing, up-to-date international trade issues, regulations, and customary practices. The students will be equipped with necessary knowledge and skills required in a bilingual business environment at graduation.
