If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents in time.

*1. One2-inch color photo

A passport-sized photo taken recently of the applicant.

*2. Passport first page, visa page (please ensure continuity).

*3. Certification of no criminal record

It must be issued by your local police station with official stamp.

*4. English proficiency test certificate

IELTS or TOEFL is prefer, if you do not have, certificate which can prove all courses are taught in English is equivalent.

*5. High school graduate certificate

According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact counselor@cucas.cn. Graduation certificate must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

*6. High school academic transcript

According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: academic transcript in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact counselor@cucas.cn. Transcripts must be certified by the Chinese Embassy (Consulate) in your country or notarized by a notary office in China.

Please take it to hospital to have a checkup with all items, including personal information, photo, checking date, doctors' suggestion and signature.

9. Supporting Documents: Certificate of Good Conduct

Provided by your current/previous school/company in Chinese/English to improve your success rate.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
