2. Photocopy of passport (including pages with Chinese visa or residence permit, if have).

Notarized photocopies of Bachelor's degree certificate and transcripts for Bachelor's degree education; applicants who will be graduating and obtaining Bachelor's degree certificate before July 2014 should provide Pre-graduation Certificate issued by the university (Original Bachelor's degree certificate and transcripts are required on registration if get admission)

4. Photocopies of Certificate of new HSK Band 4 and transcripts (original certificate and transcripts are required on registration if get admission) (not necessary for English-taught majors)

5. Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

6. Two recommendation letters from associate professors or professors from the university.

7. Study plan (no less than 800 words).

8. Curriculum Vitae.

9. In addition to the above application materials, the university may require applicant to provide supplementary materials, depending on the circumstances.
