To apply programs in University of Science and Technology Liaoning, you need to provide following documents: 

1. Application form for foreign students to study at USTL.

2. Photocopy of passport main (data) page and blank visa page, and 8 passport photos.

3. Bachelor's degree certificate and all other relevant documents and diplomas (copy of the original certificate and notarized copy in Chinese or English).

4. Two recommendation letters.

5. Certificate of Chinese level HSK (level 4 or higher). Applicants without  HSK qualification should take the Chinese test provided by the university. Those who have obtained an equivalent result will be considered.
