To apply programs in University of Science and Technology Liaoning, you need to provide following documents: 

1. Application form for foreign students to study at USTL.

2. Photocopy of passport main (data) page and blank visa page, and 8 passport photos.

3. Master degree certificate and all other relevant documents and diplomas (copy of the certificate & and notarized copy in Chinese or English).

4. Two recommendation letters.
