To apply programs in University of Science and Technology Liaoning, you need to provide following documents: 

1. Application form for foreign students to study at USTL.

2. Photocopy of passport main (data) page and blank visa page, and 8 passport photos.

3. High school certification (copy of the original diploma and notarized copy in Chinese or English).

4. The certificate for Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK, level 4 or higher) for those who intend to study in Chinese.

But this university hasn't joined CUCAS platform, so by now you cannot apply directly through us. You can contact counselor@cucas.cn for further help.
