Non-Chinese citizens with a valid passport, healthy physically and mentally.    

Under 35 years old.  

Attained a bachelor's degree.

HSK 4.0 or certified English language proficiency(IBT-TOEFL score 80 or IELTS score 5.5).  

An above average final grade at least 2.5 in Chinese grading system.
