To apply programs in Shanghai University of Sport, you need to provide following documents: 

1. Application Form for International Students with a photograph affixed.  

2. A copy of Foreigner Physical Examination Form.

3. One photocopy of your valid passport.  

4. One photocopy of your senior high school diploma and one original academic transcript (or notarized copy) in English or Chinese. Fresh graduates need one original pre-graduation certificate.  

5. Any certificates recognizing awards or merits that may prove a skill or talent (if you have any).  

6. Two photocopies of your HSK certificate or BCT certificate.  

NOTE: All the documents should be bound together on top left corner. You should submit TWO sets of bound documents to our university by posting or handing in during January1 to May 31st every year. A valid e-mail address is required for good contact. The application materials will not be returned in any case.
