*1. English proficiency test certificate
For example, IELTS or TOEFL, only for applicant whose native language is not English.
*2. Document of financial guarantor(Bank statement) or other documents(proof of family property or income) for supporting applicant's overseas study(tuition and living expenses).
*3. Medical certificate valid in 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
*4. Scanned copy of passport(Bio page, two blank visa pages, and the latest exit/entry record visa page.
*5. One Blank Visa Page in Your Passport
*6. A study or research plan in the period of the postgraduate program
*7. A valid certificate of good credit records issued by local banks.
*8. Passport photo
A recent passport-sized photo of the applicant
*9. Certificate of Bachelor degree
According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: Graduation certificate in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS.
*10. Two recommendation letters from scholars who have the title of associate professor or higher(in Chinese or English).
*11. Academic Transcripts of Bachelor degree
According to Liaoning Province Government Requirement: academic transcript in languages other than Chinese should be translated into Chinese and be certified by notarization. If you can not find translation organization, please contact CUCAS.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit.
