To apply programs in Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, you need to provide following documents: 

1. Application form.

2. Photocopy of passport.

3. 5 passport-sized photos.

4. High school graduation certificate and academic records.

5. HSK level certificate.

But this university hasn't joined CUCAS platform, so by now you cannot apply directly through us. You can contact counselor@cucas.cn for further help.
